I will present on how to make slideshow presentations for a more engaging lesson. I will show the different features Canva has to offer. Staff will need to have an educators account already set up on Canva before the presentation. It's Free for educators! I will explain how to find and select templates and customize them with images, text, and colors. I will walk through design tools like background options and uploading pictures.
This training is geared towards individuals who have Boardmaker 7 already installed on their computers and want to have extra practice, ask questions, and have time to work on developing and creating activities using Boardmaker 7. Participants will learn how to create templates using Boardmaker 7 and see the possibilities of things that can be created. You will have some time to create your own.

Lastly, a focus on collaboration and collection -- working with others to make meaning and refine your thinking, and then identifying ways to keep and organize your prompts for future use.
